Payment Policy

• All invoices are due within 48 hours of being issued unless otherwise stated.

• If you need additional time or experience a payment issue, please contact us before your invoice is due so we can make appropriate arrangements.

• Invoices that remain unpaid after 48 hours without prior communication will be canceled, and the claimed items will be released back into inventory.

Final Sale Items

• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

• Any item purchased at a discounted price is considered a final sale item and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not offer refunds.

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible regular-priced merchandise.

• If an exchange is requested due to sizing, fit, personal preference, or any reason other than an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the exchange will be processed, subject to product availability.

• If Desert Honey Boutique ships the wrong item, incorrect size, or an incorrect order, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the original item has been returned and received, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Jewelry Policy

• All jewelry sales are final.

• Our jewelry is gold dipped or white gold dipped and is designed for everyday wear. While it is made to be enjoyed regularly, it is not solid gold. To help preserve its finish, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, sweat, and other chemicals. Proper care will help extend the life and appearance of your jewelry.

Intimates

• For hygiene reasons, all shapewear, swimwear, bodysuits, and other intimate items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
