Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

We accept size exchanges only within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

If an item is unavailable, store credit will be issued. Sale items, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, hats, intimates, and beauty products are final sale.
